Step into our Academy,

where KNOWLEDGE and GROWTH meet.

The Academy of Body and Integrative Psychotherapy aims to implement a holistic approach to psychotherapy, integrating the three aspects of human life-past, present, and future. Our mission is to train specialists in various therapeutic approaches, primarily centred around body-oriented work. You can learn more about the academy’s philosophy here.

The four stages

IFirst year

Trainees build a solid foundation in body psychotherapy, exploring evolutionary phases, behavioural models, character structures, and key psychoanalytic concepts to develop in-depth theoretical knowledge.

ISecond year

The focus shifts to trauma work, psychosomatics, psychiatry, and psychopathology. Workshops and client simulations enhance therapeutic skills in handling trauma-related symptoms and psychological distress.

IIIThird year

Group and systemic psychotherapy is introduced, complementing individual therapy. Trainees explore psychodrama, systemic and transgenerational therapy, strengthening their ability to work within group settings.

IVFourth year

The final stage integrates various therapeutic approaches, introducing existential psychotherapy, logotherapy, and philosophy. The training concludes with a thesis defence and theoretical and practical examinations
