Lyudmil Stefanov began his practice as a school psychologist 30 years ago. At the same time, he started training teachers through a variety of programmes focused on personal and professional development.

Since 1998, he has been working entirely in private practice. He continues to lead training sessions on Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Teamwork, Leadership, and other topics for professionals from all walks of life. He is the author of educational resources and methodological guides.

Since 2012, Lyudmil has been deeply involved with the Family Constellations method. The philosophy behind this approach forms one of the main foundations of his individual work with clients. He regularly leads weekend therapeutic groups.

He is also the author of the book "Social Work According to the Laws of the Family System", in which he describes how he applies the Family Constellations method within the field of social work.
