The Academy for Body and Integrative Psychotherapy follows the standards of the Bulgarian Association for Psychotherapy as well as the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy.

Applicants are preferably expected to hold a bachelor’s degree in the humanities, social sciences, or medical fields—such as psychology, pedagogy, social work, medicine, philosophy, sociology, and others. Exceptions may be made in cases where the applicant demonstrates relevant professional experience and strong motivation.

It is important to note that the training is a long-term commitment—lasting a minimum of four years. Throughout the course, trainees will undergo theoretical and practical preparation, experiential training, personal therapy, supervision, clinical practice, theoretical and practical exams, and a final thesis project.
