Master’s degree in Psychology from American Public University, West Virginia, USA. Completed a four-year course in Analytic Body Psychotherapy (Neo-Reichian model) at the Westdeutsche Akademie, Lugano, Switzerland, now known as the Institute for Neo-Reichian Analytical Psychotherapy, Bulgaria.
Licensed by the Coach Training Alliance, USA, with a specialisation in Life Coaching and Career Management, through a programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (University of Oxford), Family Constellations, Holotropic Breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique, Short-term Therapies, Art and Dance Therapy, Psychodrama, and others.
Svetla is the founder of the Institute for Psychosomatics and Integrative Psychotherapy.
She is an author of articles and books in the field of psychosomatics, particularly focusing on autoimmune thyroid diseases. She works in private practice as a psychotherapist and leads seminars and training programmes in psychosomatics. Her work actively promotes the introduction of the integrative approach in psychotherapy in Bulgaria.
