At the heart of my work lies the holistic principle known as Hering’s Law: healing proceeds from above downward and from within outward, from the more essential to the more peripheral levels, and in the reverse order of the emergence of suffering. I believe in wholeness, in nature, and in natural cycles, which is why my approach is integrative.
I work as an analytic psychotherapist, combining the principles of body-oriented psychotherapy with psychological knowledge, yoga and yoga therapy, psychoanthropology, mythology, and religion. I hold Master’s degrees in Cultural Studies and Psychology, and I am a yoga teacher, mediator, and trained in Schema Therapy. I work both individually and in groups with adults, parents, and families.
Many years of my life have been spent living and working across different cultures and linguistic communities. This experience continues to teach me to listen to each person through the lens of their own world and to respect the rhythm at which they change. I understand health as a balance between the functions of the organism as determined by nature and equilibrium on the physiological, psychological, and spiritual levels, as these are inseparably interconnected.
At present, I accompany people through profound loss, anxiety, depressive states, and panic attacks; difficulties in relationships with children, partners, or parents; crises and separations; as well as those seeking personal growth and a greater sense of wholeness in their lives. I believe in the healing power of an honest, warm human encounter.
