For me, psychotherapy is, above all, an honest encounter between two people. It is a space where we call things by their true names, dare to lower our defenses, and see who we are, what we have denied ourselves, what we fear, and what we truly long for.

My personal journey has been rich and colorful, taking me through several countries and professional fields. I love science and business just as much as art and spirituality. I have worked as a photographer, journalist, teacher, business consultant, and project manager. I write poetry, take photographs, and dance.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling from Varna Free University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Oxford University (UK), a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Adelphi University (USA), and completed my postgraduate specialization in Neo-Reichian Analytical Psychotherapy at the Bulgarian Institute of Neo-Reichian Analytical Psychotherapy in 2025.
