My name is Silvia Tsvyatkova. I am a Neo-Reichian Analytical Psychotherapist trained at INAP, and hold a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling from Varna Free University (VSU). I am a woman, a mother, and a researcher. My first degree was in law, obtained at Saarbrücken University in Germany. I have extensive experience in the corporate world—initially in the legal field and later in information technology, where I held a managerial position in an international environment.

My interest in psychotherapy began through personal exploration and the method of family constellations, which, enriched by subsequent trainings, workshops, and seminars, developed into a new professional path for me.

The focus of my professional work includes partner relationships (or the lack thereof), parent-child relationship difficulties, identity and the role of women, stress and burnout management, the search for meaning and coping with life crises, grief and loss, working with fear, anxiety, and depressive states, as well as improving self-esteem and personal growth.

In my work, as I touch the soul of another human being, I bring heart and dedication, fully aware of the trust entrusted to me in the interpersonal encounter called psychotherapy.

"Psychotherapy, in its essence, is simply competent humanity."
— Ivo Velichkov
