My journey in psychotherapy began in the year when I lost a parent and discovered that I had been adopted. Driven by a deep desire to understand and make sense of what was happening in my life, as well as to be able to support others, I began my psychotherapy training and personal therapy at the same time. Through this process, I came to understand that when our most difficult experiences are processed, they can become some of our most valuable resources.
I know from personal experience how important it is to find the right therapist—someone who can support you through a safe and steady presence, creating the conditions for the healing process to unfold.
In my practice, I pay particular attention to the body, because I believe it carries information and experiences that can sometimes be difficult to access through thinking and talking alone.
Before dedicating myself to psychotherapy, I worked in the field of marketing. I created the first e-book website in Bulgaria. Alongside this, I pursued photography. I have a deep appreciation for art and incorporate it into my therapeutic work as well.
I completed a four-year specialization at the Bulgarian Institute of Analytical Body Psychotherapy, hold a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling from Varna Free University, and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). I have completed additional training and participated in national and international seminars and conferences in the fields of psychology and psychotherapy. I am a member of the Bulgarian Association for Neuropsychology and Development (BAND).
Some of the areas I work with include intimate and interpersonal relationships, anxiety, panic attacks, adoption, existential crises, grief, as well as other life difficulties and challenges.
