My name is Lyubka Novkova, and I am a Neoreichian Analytical Psychotherapist under Supervision.
Exploring the depths of the human psyche has been a lifelong passion of mine. After many years of working in finance for international companies, I chose to follow my inner calling to better understand my own inner world and the ways in which I connect and relate to others. This journey naturally led me to pursue professional training at the Bulgarian Institute for Neoreichian Analytical Psychotherapy. I am also a certified Family Constellation Therapist.
For me, psychotherapy is an opportunity to meet oneself—a journey inward. It is a process of bringing light to, becoming aware of, and embracing unfamiliar or long-forgotten, yet deeply significant, parts of ourselves. It is a path toward the truth within us, where the answers and resources for life's challenges can be found. I am particularly interested in the relationship between our needs, the choices we make to meet them, and the life energy with which we shape and experience our lives.
In my practice, I work with issues such as establishing healthy personal boundaries, strengthening self-esteem, anxiety and depression, challenges in intimate relationships, parent–child relationships, social isolation, the search for meaning, and various life transitions and existential crises.
I hold a Master's degree in Economics and Human Resource Management and have completed a four-year specialization in Neoreichian Analytical Psychotherapy at the Bulgarian Institute for Neoreichian Analytical Psychotherapy. I have also completed additional training in Bioenergetics, Psychosomatics, and Inner Child Work. Currently, I am furthering my education in Child and Adolescent Psychology.
