Neo-Reichian Analytical Psychotherapy

I do not believe that psychotherapy is simply a profession one chooses. I believe it calls those who have spent years searching for themselves.

My own journey began far from psychology. I first studied engineering, then worked in marketing, management, and business. Each stage enriched me with knowledge and life experience, yet none answered my deepest questions—questions about meaning, human nature, and what truly makes us feel alive.

That search eventually led me to yoga, meditation, and Eastern philosophy. Over time, I immersed myself in various spiritual traditions, body-centered and meditative practices, and the wisdom of shamanic teachings. These continue to inspire and shape both my personal journey and the way I meet people in therapy. They taught me to listen to the body, to appreciate silence, and to recognize that our most important answers often arise from within rather than from the outside world.

Later, classical homeopathy became a natural extension of this path. For many years, I worked as a consultant, accompanying people through their healing processes and personal development. During that time, I came to understand more deeply that symptoms speak the language of the soul, that every pain has its own story, and that no one can truly be understood by looking only at the body or only at the mind.

This realization led me to psychology and psychotherapy—the place where everything I had lived, learned, and experienced finally came together with purpose.

Today, I am a psychologist and a body-oriented psychotherapist. I work with people experiencing life transitions, inner conflicts, anxiety, grief, trauma, and emotional difficulties, as well as those who simply feel called to live more authentically and reconnect with themselves.

My therapeutic approach integrates Neo-Reichian Analytical Psychotherapy with body-oriented psychotherapy, academic psychology, mindfulness and meditation practices, insights from Eastern philosophy, and the experience I have gained throughout my personal and professional journey. I believe that the body carries the memory of our lives, and when it is heard with attention and respect, it becomes a powerful ally in the process of healing and transformation.

For me, therapy is not about fixing people. It is about creating a space where we can gradually return to ourselves—to the inner wholeness that has never truly been lost.

I offer individual psychotherapy both in person and online, as well as therapeutic group work. Every client brings a unique human story, and I approach each therapeutic relationship with authenticity, compassion, deep respect, and trust in the psyche's innate capacity for healing.
