I am a body-oriented psychotherapist with a practice in Sofia and a regular member of the Bulgarian Neo-Reichian Psychotherapeutic Society (BNPD).
My inner journey began back in 2002, when I first joined a psychotherapy group, motivated by the difficulties in my family. Over the next few years, I took part in almost every available group in Sofia at that time. Some inspired me and were of great help, others disappointed me but gave me clarity about what quality in therapy means.
My wish for this quality to reach a wider audience gave birth to the idea of creating an in-person platform to showcase the people and organisations working in the field. That led us to establish the first and largest personal development festival in Bulgaria, Discover Yourself, and later, in cooperation with JobTiger, the HR Industry forum for corporate settings.
Since 2010 I have also been engaged in acting, and since 2012 in improvisational theatre. In recent years, I led one of the levels focused on group dynamics at the largest improvisation school in Sofia.
Today, I work with individuals and groups in psychotherapy, supporting people in their personal journey towards a richer, more authentic and fulfilling life. Together, we explore their unique narrative in order to achieve greater self-awareness, emotional resilience and a deep sense of well-being.
I am particularly passionate about intimate relationships, male identity (I lead a men-only group called The Circle of Men), non-violent communication, dramatherapy, inner child work, interpersonal relationships, social functioning, anxiety, self-esteem, and more.
