For me, psychotherapy is a deeply personal and transformative journey—one that invites us to explore our inner world with curiosity and to expand our understanding of who we are. It is an honest process, offering a space where we can meet ourselves without judgment and receive support as we grow and evolve. Above all, I believe that beyond therapeutic models and techniques, the quality of the relationship between therapist and client is the most essential element of meaningful change.
My path into psychotherapy began long before it became my profession. It started as a profound personal journey that transformed the way I experience myself, understand my emotions, and relate to others—a journey that continues to unfold today. I began my training at the Institute of Neoreichian Analytic Psychotherapy (INAP) in 2020 and graduated as a Neoreichian Analytic Psychotherapist in 2026.
Alongside my work in psychotherapy, my professional journey has included the fields of visual arts and entrepreneurship. These diverse experiences have given me valuable insight into the complexities of success and dissatisfaction, freedom and uncertainty, creativity and authenticity. They have enriched both my personal development and my therapeutic work, allowing me to meet each client with openness, curiosity, and respect for their unique life experience.
I offer an empathic, collaborative, and grounded therapeutic space where clients can deepen their self-awareness, reconnect with their inner resources, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling way of being.
